Your message will be passed to an appropriate member of staff for a response. We aim to respond to all questions within two working days.

Please do not contact the surgery to ask when you will receive your vaccine. Our current priority is to ensure all patient get their covid vaccine as soon as possible. Answering individual queries is not feasible due to current demands on our time. The decision over which group to put our patients in are dictated by a national mandate and have not been set by our practice.

Please do not use this service for any urgent medical queries as this service is only monitored during practice working hours on a daily basis.

If you have an urgent medical query you should telephone the surgery or contact the out of hours service by calling 111.

Please do not use this form to make a complaint to the surgery, if you wish to make a complaint please follow our complaints procedure.
