Urgent notice – appointment capacity 17/03/2026

We are currently experiencing an extremely high volume of triage requests alongside clinician sickness, which is significantly impacting our appointment availability. Please only contact us if your issue is urgent or cannot safely wait.

For non-urgent concerns, we kindly ask that you:

  • Use online self-care resources where appropriate
  • Visit your local pharmacy for advice on minor illnesses
  • Consider NHS 111 for guidance

Our team is working as quickly as possible to ensure patients with the most urgent needs are prioritised. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time.

Important notice for our patients

Warden Lodge are moving to Total Triage from Monday 1st July.

Helping you get the right treatment, by the right clinician, at the right time.

We will be asking all patients to complete an online Patient Triage form which can be found on our website at https://florey.accurx.com/p/E82123.

This will be reviewed by one of our clinicians and we will then contact you with either advice or a link to book an appointment where appropriate.

If you are unable to do this, a family member, friend or carer can complete the form on your behalf.
