IT issues – 11th March 2026

Good morning, please be aware there is an IT issue affecting our access to clinical systems and appointment booking. This is across all Hertfordshire GP practices.

You can still use our online Accurx triage form to submit requests, there may just be a delay in processing.

Please be patient with our team whilst this issue is resolved. Thank you.

Important reminder – duplicate triage requests

We’ve noticed a recent increase in duplicate triage requests, which is significantly adding to our team’s workload and may cause delays in identifying and responding to same-day genuine clinical needs.

Please only submit ONE request per issue. Sending multiple messages about the same concern doesn’t get a faster response and in fact slows things down for our triage team, who are working through requests as quickly as possible.
